Costum App Template Deployment error

I would like to create an app template for Jira and Kubernetes, though I’m struggling to get it working.
I’m not sure what is the real problem, is it a compatibility problem or something we are doing rong in the compose file? Here is the error we are getting when installing the container:

Deployment error
