Help to setup felddy/weewx

Hi
I’m building - or at least trying to - smart home system based on Home Assistant. Have all the standards running but now I need to control my weather station through a docker container and then my problems get to big for me.
I have installed portainer and the container I will like to use is felddy/weewx as it supports both a webpage an MQTT.

On the git page (https://github.com/felddy/weewx-docker) there are instructions on how to install, however I can’t figure out how to do it with portainer. Anybody that can help me?

Hi @palj,

I see the instruction on github felddy/weewx-docker need compose version 3.8, currently portainer not supporting that (https://github.com/portainer/portainer/issues/3206).

But if you want deploy using compose on Portainer, you can go to stacks > add stacks > paste your docker-compose

I am in the exact same situation, but I am totally noob in Linux and portainer . installed all my homeassitant and portainer stuff following precise tutorial. Can someone help me in this task?
I don’t understand what “if you want deploy using compose on Portainer, you can go to stacks > add stacks > paste your docker-compose” mean :frowning:thx
