Portainer server inaccessible

Hi,

I have installed portainer on server on what I hope its port 10000 as Port 9000 is in use, via

sudo docker run -d -p 8000:8000 -p 9000:10000 --name=portainer --restart=always -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock -v portainer_data:/data portainer/portainer

the result of docker ps -a is

stephen@black:/var/log$ docker ps -a

Nothing is listening on Port 10000 (checked via netstat)

However, when I browser to either http://:10000 or http://127.0.0.1:10000 I get connection refused.

The container seems to be functioning:

I would appreciate advice on getting this working

You got the port declaration in the original command around the wrong way. It should be
sudo docker run -d -p 8000:8000 -p 10000:9000 --name=portainer --restart=always -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock -v portainer_data:/data portainer/portainer
